The team reviewed the latest version of the Touchstone 2.0 draft plus
the addendum documenting the [Matrix Format] keyword and associated
network parameter changes.

Touchstone 2.0
----------
- Note that noise parameter "x1" should have a frequency restriction
  less than *or equal to* the maximum frequency of the network parameters
  elsewhere in the file
- Reference impedance should be positive
- dB/angle form was not allowed in the conventional form of G, H, Y and Z
  parameters
- Y, Z parameters not allowed formally for 3 or more ports
- total file size restricted to 99 ports
Bob suggested adding much of this into a "Compatibility Notes" section at
the end of the document.

Addendum
----------
- Randy suggested checking the capitalization of "version"
- the last sentence before the "1- and 2-port Networks" section should be
  removed
- equations should be changed to italics
- check that the word "block" and "subset" are removed or clearly used 
- Radek suggested that Example 5 remove normalization and use a non-1
  reference value.  He also suggested that each matrix row does not need
  to start at the beginning of a line
- in the paragraph above Example 9, the use of "row" is incorrect
- the examples need to include [Version 2.0] if any Version 2.0 keywords
  are present
- check use of "frequency points" vs. "values"
- add [Number of Frequency Points] keyword and appropriate text

The team will continue working on the revised drafts.

Team Objectives:
1) complete ICM-IBIS linking BIRD and any associated changes to the 
   ICM specification
2) update the ICM specification, if needed, to clarify the mapping of 
   ICM nodes to S-parameter ports
3) complete a specification for "Touchstone Plus" or similar 
   industry-standard definition for Touchstone-like files, to include 
   complex impedance references, removal of limits on the maximum number
   of ports and per-port impedance references
